Sourced from mature 40 year old Riesling vines. A crispy, dry Riesling shows intense varietal aromas of citrus, green apple and florals with fantastic minerality and hints of ginger notes. The wine is clean and pure, low in alcohol, perfect for immediate drinking but will also develop richness and complexity over the years.
