This B Minor Shiraz is a modern, fruit-forward style of wine with intense dark fruits, earthy plum, and spice. Selected fruit was picked from Ellis Farm vineyard situated on the Cambrian soil in Colbinabbin - rich, red and deep soil with excellent water retention. The result? Small, intensely concentrated grapes. The soils impart those deep intrinsic characters that give a sense of terroir to this wine. This Shiraz doesn’t shy away from making a big impression on the palate.
